Now this video is full of valuable take homes for individuals that struggle to gain weight and use the term 'hard gainer' to describe their struggles. I have personally struggled with gaining size so a lot of the pointers covered in this video really do lead to some serious progress and can help you build muscle and smash through your current barriers.

MY CURRENT TRAINING PROGRAM

This video was a high demand one and covers a full breakdown and rationale of my current training program along with my goals for where I plan on taking my physique this year.

I also go over HOW I've managed to make some respectable levels of progress like adding over 40kg to my deadlift in less than 2 months so there is a lot of value to be taken  from this video.
